Research increasingly shows that meditation, or the ability to quiet the mind, increases the grey matter of the brain AND it slows the aging process at the cellular level.

Dr. Deb will host ongoing meditation classes to foster ways to slow down, quiet the mind and explore our unique internal landscapes.  Even if you have tried to meditate in the past, this sensory enhanced experience will be different.

Classes occur on an ongoing basis.
